New Adventures with Hubby and Zelda Sayre
I am so excited! We are leaving on vacation in 4 days! My adult children are taking over the business. We are going to have a blast. We are celebrating our 25th year anniversary. We are using rental homes the entire way this time. Zelda Sayre will accompany us as my service dog. I am hoping to write about pet friendly experiences along the way and post lots of photos. We will start with a short stop in Reno, Nevada. We are hoping to visit Lake Tahoe, weather permitting. On the way there we want to visit Hoover Dam too.
Next we will head up to Corvallis, Oregon where we will spend most of our time. We will visit Lincoln City, Tillamook Creamery, and Astoria. I am so thrilled to go to Astoria so I can have the whole Goonies experience. We are not sure what else we will do but are so excited to find adventures.
Our next stop will be in Kuna, Idaho. We will be visiting family. This will be during Veterans Day weekend so we will have some new experiences to share.
Our last two destinations are Springville, Utah and Flagstaff, Arizona. Who knows what adventures await us in Utah. On the way to Flagstaff, we will visit four corners where we will stand in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah all at the same time. **Side Note this monument is NOT PET FRIENDLY only service dogs are allowed.
I cannot wait to post about all of our experiences along the way the good and not so good ones. Wish us luck and I promise to write a blog post soon. Below are photos from our last trip in 2021 to Oregon.
